Services Include
Needs Assessments & Strategic Planning
Our team can manage systematic planning and goal setting for system and program improvements and redesign. This can include assessing a program’s current state and reimagining the future state of the program; setting priorities; and facilitating collaborative relationships between state and local agencies, public officials, and key stakeholders. We can identify where services are needed; recommend services to meet program needs; and identify funding to expand capacity in under-served areas.
Policy Consulting
PCG can assess national and state legislation; administrative policies; model practices; and guidelines relative to population health and their impact on jurisdictions and communities. Our team can help develop tailored policies to address issues or needs identified through data analysis and evaluation.
