Helping states build stronger, sustainable, and more person-centered long-term services and supports (LTSS) systems that improve lives and strengthen communities.
Improving Community LTSS Through Policy, Operations, and Workforce Innovation
States are working to meet rising demand for long-term services and supports while improving quality and expanding access to person-centered care. PCG partners with Medicaid, aging, developmental disability, and other health and human services agencies to design, implement, and improve community LTSS programs, including HCBS waivers, quality initiatives, workforce strategies, and operational improvements.
Our national team brings deep experience in HCBS waiver policy and operations, quality management, person-centered practice, workforce strategy, provider oversight, rate-setting, and cross-system coordination. We turn federal and state requirements into program models that improve access, accountability, and outcomes, backed by policy expertise, operational assessment, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
