Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection
As part of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that all providers of ground ambulance services collect and report expenditures, revenues, utilization, and other data. Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport (ET3)

ET3 is a five-year CMS initiative designed to appropriately address the health care needs of Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) beneficiaries. PCG can organize strategy and lead application efforts for EMS providers in eligible counties to pursue alternative destination transports, treatment in place via telehealth, and multi-payer strategies for enhanced reimbursement rates.
