PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, aptly-named the EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way. Today, we are thrilled to recognize Marina W. Fielder, a Senior Manager in Education, for exemplifying Entrepreneurial Spirit through her innovative leadership, commitment to client success, and dedication to driving growth across EDU.
Marina brings a unique blend of frontline experience, operational insight, and product expertise to her role leading the EDPlan Health product team. Drawing on her background as a school nurse, administrator, and product leader, she continually identifies market needs and growth opportunities that shape the future of EDPlan Health and address the evolving challenges faced by school nurses nationwide.
Under Marina’s leadership, EDPlan Health has experienced remarkable growth. Her strategic focus on product enhancement, business development, and client-centered innovation has helped increase EDPlan Health revenue by more than 50% from FY25 to FY26, with projections indicating similar growth in FY27. By leveraging her deep subject matter expertise, Marina consistently develops scalable solutions that simplify nursing documentation processes, reduce administrative burdens, and create lasting value for clients and students alike.
Marina’s entrepreneurial mindset is reflected in her willingness to explore new opportunities, collaborate across teams, and champion solutions that drive organizational success. Her ability to identify emerging needs and transform them into meaningful, scalable offerings has strengthened EDU’s position in the marketplace while creating new pathways for growth across PCG.
“One of her recent projects has been leading a new opportunity for expanding Oklahoma’s EDPlan Health contract into a statewide opportunity, working with several key Education Managers: Tim Gillespie, Pete Marshall, and Alicia Stewart. Marina played a critical role in navigating complex stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, implementation planning, and product strategy to move the initiative from concept to execution. Rather than viewing implementation challenges as obstacles, she approached them as opportunities to expand PCG’s impact, strengthen client partnerships, and position the program for long-term growth and success. Her dedication, patience, and tenacity led to a new contract valued at $6.6M over four years. This contract will also pave the way for additional School-Based Medicaid Services revenue in the state of Oklahoma.”– Jen Noffsinger, Associate Manager, Public Consulting Group
Marina’s impact extends beyond revenue growth and business development. She combines innovation with a genuine commitment to helping clients solve real-world challenges. Her ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions has resulted in products and enhancements that support better outcomes for school nurses, health professionals, and the students they serve.
“What stands out most about Marina is her ability to pair expertise and innovation with compassion. Marina has an exceptional ability to translate her deep subject matter expertise and genuine commitment to understanding client needs into an innovative and creative approach to addressing the growing challenges faced by school nurses and health professionals. Marina’s vision and creativity have strengthened PCG’s position in this space, and she and her team are responsible for significantly reducing administrative burdens for school nurses and supporting better care for students nationwide. Equally important, Marina is a thoughtful, collaborative, and genuinely caring colleague who inspires others to think creatively.” – Brooke Bell, Manager, Public Consulting Group
“I am honored to recognize Marina Fielder for her exemplary commitment to serving students and supporting school communities across Oklahoma. She has consistently gone above and beyond to build strong relationships with schools and school nurses, providing guidance, support, and advocacy wherever it is needed. Her dedication is particularly evident in her work with rural communities, where access to resources and services can be challenging. She demonstrates remarkable patience and professionalism when navigating complex processes and challenges, while remaining unwavering in her support of the schools, nurses, and students she serves. She approaches obstacles with persistence, collaboration, and a solutions-focused mindset, never losing sight of the ultimate goal of ensuring students receive the support they need. Her ability to remain steadfast and encouraging through difficult circumstances is a true reflection of her character and commitment to service. Her professionalism, compassion, perseverance, and dedication to excellence have made a meaningful difference across our state. She is highly deserving of this recognition, and I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service she provides to Oklahoma students and school communities.” – Shawna Blackburn, OSDE (Oklahoma State Dept of Education), Project Manager of School Health Services
Through her leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing solutions that benefit clients, colleagues, and communities, Marina embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that drives PCG forward. Her contributions continue to create new opportunities for growth while reinforcing PCG’s commitment to delivering meaningful impact.
Congratulations to Marina on this well-deserved recognition!
