PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, aptly named the EPIC Awards, is designed to bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Jenna Wahl has been selected as PCG’s newest EPIC Awards winner in recognition of her Impact on her team and Health’s reliable, current view of RHTP activity.
Jenna played a pivotal role in the success of Kentucky’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), serving as the driving force behind the state’s complex federal funding submission. She transformed an intricate Notice of Funding Opportunity into clear, actionable templates, checklists, and structured guidance that aligned multiple agencies and contributors around a unified strategy. She kept teams focused through shifting timelines, ultimately helping secure Kentucky’s $212.9 million FY26 award. Her steady leadership also strengthened the CA PATH project, where colleagues and clients consistently recognize her for bringing clarity, alignment, and reliable guidance to complex, fast-moving work.
“Jenna’s leadership of the PATH TA Marketplace has been instrumental in optimizing the program’s operations, fostering an environment where collaboration and efficiency thrive. Her vision and commitment to excellence have ensured that resources are allocated thoughtfully, stakeholders are engaged proactively, and challenges are met with collaborative solutions. Under Jenna’s guidance, the program has consistently delivered impactful results, enabling teams to work seamlessly toward shared goals while adapting to evolving needs. Her dedication to both strategic planning and day-to-day management has truly elevated the PATH TA Marketplace, making it a model for effective leadership and operational success.” – Trish Perazzelli, Associate Manager, Health
Jenna also strengthened PCG’s national business development efforts by co-creating a comprehensive compendium of every state’s RHTP submission. She transformed disparate public documents into a standardized, comparable resource that highlights key initiatives, funding uses, policy commitments, and consultant needs, improving internal alignment and supporting clients as they navigate complex federal guidance. Her work streamlines research, speeds decision-making, and elevates the quality of conversations with states nationwide. Colleagues and clients consistently describe her as a trusted partner whose clarity and expertise inspire confidence.
Congratulations to Jenna on this well-deserved recognition!
