Announcing Our FY26 EPIC Awards Winner for Entrepreneurial Spirit!

PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, the EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Suresh Nagarajan has been selected as PCG’s newest EPIC Awards winner in recognition of his Entrepreneurial Spirit for engaging and serving others, both within and outside of PCG.

Suresh led the All Payer Claims Database IV&V project for the State of Georgia, Georgia Technology Authority, in FY24 and FY25. This initiative enabled PCG to overcome previous barriers and reestablish trust with the client. Throughout the engagement, Suresh consistently demonstrated transparency, reliability, and a deep understanding of the client’s business needs, building a strong foundation of trust. Beyond delivering on project execution, he proactively identified opportunities to bring added value and tailored recommendations to align with the client’s goals.

His ability to foster trust and show genuine commitment to the client’s success proved to be pivotal. The engagement generated nearly $4M in new sales and established the groundwork for a long-term partnership. Suresh’s leadership and exceptional efforts have made a lasting contribution to both PCG’s growth and reputation.

What truly sets Suresh apart is his unwavering commitment to client success – he listens carefully, responds thoughtfully, and always goes the extra mile to ensure their needs are met. He also makes time to support teammates, share insights, and elevate the group as a whole,” said Nicolle Suvada, a TC Vice President in Technology. “His collaborative nature and dedication to both clients and colleagues make him an invaluable part of our team and a trusted advisor to those we serve.

Suresh worked tirelessly to ensure his team delivered at the highest level, consistently turning client feedback into meaningful action. The team’s first project performance assessment earned a strong 8.6 out of 10. Refusing to settle, Suresh drove continuous improvement, leading targeted refinements that directly addressed client needs. By the next review, the score rose to an impressive 9.8 out of 10, a clear reflection of his commitment to excellence and responsiveness. His leadership and dedication not only earned the client’s trust but also played a decisive role in securing PCG’s new $3.7M IV&V engagement for FY26.

Beyond specific projects, Suresh has been with PCG for over a decade, showing fierce dedication not only to clients but also to colleagues at every level. He is ambitious, collaborative, and a role model who inspires those around him to be better. His leadership makes PCG stronger, whether by mentoring staff, supporting peers, or working alongside management to deliver results.

What I appreciate most about Suresh is how approachable and supportive he is. He’s always willing to share ideas, provide guidance, or just jump in to help when needed. For example, he shared a staffing matrix template he created to help streamline the process of matching proposed staffing with business development qualifications that I (and others) now use regularly, and he took the time to walk me through questions I had on Adaptive Planning in a working session”, said Sarah Crouch, a TC Director in Technology. “No matter how busy he is, he makes time for his colleagues so that they feel supported. Suresh is a valuable member of our team whose impact can be felt across both business development and service delivery.

Congratulations to Suresh on this well-deserved recognition!
