The Virtual 2021 Women’s Leadership Forum, on June 24th, hosted by The Ad Club, brought together attendees from across the U.S. from every industry. The theme of this year’s exciting professional development and networking event was “Nevertheless, She Persisted.” Of the forum, the Ad Club said, “this year we honor the women who persist. The women who continue to speak up and say what needs to be said.”

Public Consulting Group (PCG) has been involved with the Women’s Leadership Forum since 2016. As the event was virtual this year for the second year in a row, the firm had the opportunity to invite all employees to participate.

“Their stories are the energy that will drive us all forward. That will inspire us, and enlighten us, and give us the will to continue the climb, to make up for lost ground, and take us all forward faster,” the Ad Club said.

Three hundred and forty-one PCG employees enthusiastically attended the forum and were invited to attend a post-event meeting on July 1^st. At this meeting, employees met in small groups to share their insights from the event and ways they can use them to develop professionally.
