Public Consulting Group (PCG) participated in The Ad Club’s Women’s Leadership Forum again this year and was a proud silver sponsor. Nine PCG colleagues attended the live event in person at the Weston Waterfront Hotel in Boston on October 24th, and 230 PCG colleagues signed up to participate virtually.
The theme this year was, “Here’s to the Warriors. Women changing the world for good.” The forum featured the following distinguished presenters who shared creative and strategic ways women are addressing the global challenges of economic instability, war, the post-pandemic landscape, and more. Their stories and practical solutions for life in the workplace, at home, and beyond were presented with passion and ingenuity—demonstrating adaptability to
extraordinary circumstances, change, and uncertainty—
with both strength and vision.

The Power of Age Diversity
PCG’s Chief People Officer Tobi Russell introduced “The Power of Age Diversity” panel at the forum. Russell said, “The courage and bravery of women in the workplace during the pandemic are unprecedented. From childcare to elder care, to mental health and wellness, socialization concerns, financial markets, remote and hybrid work, women rose to the occasion. Needs have changed, and priorities have changed for all ages in the workplace. What matters has been redefined.”
Of the variety of presentations that were shared at the forum, PCG’s Jill Reynolds, Associate Director, Human Services, said, “Many important workplace and leadership topics were explored during event. The forum brought together a network of participants, fostering community, solidarity, and belonging while providing invaluable professional development. It was a great day!”
In conjunction with the Women’s Leadership Forum, PCG held a book giveaway opportunity for all staff who attended. Staff were also invited to attend a post-event meeting to share their insights and takeaways from the conference.
