July marks both the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Anniversary and Disability Pride Month, celebrating disability identity and community. This year’s theme is “The World Works Better With Us” and serves as a reminder that when people with disabilities are included fully and supported, our communities and workplaces benefit.
PCG experts work with communities around the country to better serve people with disabilities by providing expertise in areas like case management, managed-care partnerships, and vocational rehabilitation and employment services.
Creating a workplace where people with disabilities can thrive is also a core commitment of PCG. Since 2022, PCG has partnered with Disability:IN, a global nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion, the index measures key performance indicators across various categories, including culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement, and supplier diversity. PCG has earned a top-scoring spot on the organization’s Disability Index this year for the fourth year in a row. This recognition is a testament to PCG’s ongoing disability inclusion efforts, which include:
- Establishing an Accessibility Network within our Disability Inclusion EPIC Group
- Implementing disability-focused recruitment efforts
- Maintaining a dedicated internal Accessibility Resource Hub
- Creating Accessibility Workgroups
- Offering a neurodiversity internship program
- Providing disability inclusion trainings for PCG’s people managers and supervisors
We are excited to be attending this year’s Disability:IN’s 2026 Global Conference & Expo. PCG will be participating as a judge in The Pitch Perfect Challenge, a competition where entrepreneurs pitch their businesses to a panel of judges and corporate leaders for the opportunity to unlock prizes, executive development, and real pathways to business growth. PCG is also sponsoring the final round of the challenge.
We recognize that there is still much more to do. By continuing to hone our disability inclusion policies and practices, we hope to make PCG an inclusive and accessible workplace for all.
