What We Do
Public Consulting Group (PCG) is an awarded vendor under the NASPO ValuePoint® Procurement Assistance and Support Services (PASS) Master Agreement, providing eligible public entities with a faster path to expert procurement support. Through this cooperative contract, organizations can access services such as procurement strategy, market research, solicitation development, evaluation support, contract formation, and contract management. When a Participating Addendum or other approved participation path is in place, agencies can move forward more quickly, maintain compliance, and reduce the burden of launching a new solicitation.

How It Works
Getting started is simple. Here’s how:
Confirm Agency Eligibility
Start by verifying the agency’s eligibility and purchasing path based on state, local, or education criteria.
Engage Procurement Office
Communicate early with the agency’s procurement office to introduce NASPO PASS as a cooperative contract option.
Issue a Participating Addendum (PA)
The agency references the NASPO PASS Master Agreement to issue a PA with a defined scope and pricing
Complete Scope of Work
Finalize an SOW between PCG and the agency to define scope, deliverables, and responsibilities before work begins.
Begin Project Execution
Once documents are executed, work may begin quickly within weeks, ensuring a smooth project kickoff.
