Contact Tracing and Case Investigation
Statewide Engagements and Local Health Department Programs
PCG manages statewide contact tracing programs in multiple states and collaborates with approximately 200 local health departments. Our contact tracing services across the country include:
In April 2020, the New York State Department of Health contracted PCG to stand up and manage the statewide New York State Contact Tracing Program. PCG has recruited, onboarded, trained, and managed thousands of contact tracers and other specialized roles.
In collaboration with the State of New Jersey, PCG has served as a partner on the New Jersey Community Contact Tracing Corps operating in tandem with statewide and local health department efforts. PCG has provided recruiting and employee management.
PCG has worked with the Ohio Department of Health and local health departments to managed contact tracers, case investigators, and supervisors throughout the state.
In partnership with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), PCG has provided management and oversight of a comprehensive contact tracing program for the Arkansas Department of Health. PCG’s role included hiring, onboarding, and training for clinical doctors/nurses, case investigators, and contact tracers
PCG helped the State of Wisconsin establish its contact tracing program to meet the needs of COVID-19 pandemic. PCG provided project management and communication services to the state; this included developing as-is process flows and providing recommendations for future workflows.
Darlington County School District, South Carolina
PCG partnered with Darlington County School District in September 2021 to provide district-wide COVID-19 testing and contact tracing services to the district.
School District and Other Organizational Programs
As schools continue to face unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, PCG has developed COVID-19 programs to meet district needs in managing current protocol while facilitating safe returns for staff and students. We provide experienced staff, develop communication strategies, and provide daily reporting to alleviate current school personnel from COVID-19 efforts.

Careify Health Check (HC) App
As the COVID-19 pandemic response continues to evolve, various federal, state, and local mandates require that many individuals and/or employees of certain entities be vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide weekly testing results. Careify HC is a secure mobile application and web-based system that can track, gather, and organize employee heath, vaccine, and test information securely and conveniently. This effective, user-friendly tool is a paid subscription service available on all smartphone devices via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for easy download. Careify HC offering include:

- Vaccination Records—Seamlessly and securely enter vaccination records for compliance with document support
