1. California Statewide Automated Welfare System (CalSAWS)
California’s CalSAWS modernization consolidated all 58 counties onto a single statewide eligibility platform supporting more than 25 million beneficiaries, with IV&V and technical advisory services from PCG. PCG independently assessed project risks, governance, and delivery activities across critical workstreams, including BenefitsCal (CalSAWS’s Self-Service Mobile Portal), Analytics, Imaging, Contact Center, and Online CalWORKs Appraisal Tool (OCAT).
