Success Stories

1. California Statewide Automated Welfare System (CalSAWS)

California’s CalSAWS modernization consolidated all 58 counties onto a single statewide eligibility platform supporting more than 25 million beneficiaries, with IV&V and technical advisory services from PCG. PCG independently assessed project risks, governance, and delivery activities across critical workstreams, including BenefitsCal (CalSAWS’s Self-Service Mobile Portal), Analytics, Imaging, Contact Center, and Online CalWORKs Appraisal Tool (OCAT). The California Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI) recognized PCG’s deep domain expertise, practical recommendations, and commitment to project success. 2. Arizona AHCCCS Medicaid Enterprise Modernization

Arizona AHCCCS is advancing a multi-module Medicaid Enterprise System modernization program with independent IV&V oversight and support from PCG. The engagement includes Program Integrity, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and ServiceNow-based case management initiatives. 3. North Carolina NC FAST Modernization

North Carolina’s Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) Program advanced a major health and human services modernization initiative with IV&V support from PCG.
