PCG’s EIDS is a highly configurable, comprehensive, and proven early intervention data system. This modular data system is designed to meet the needs of the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C Early Intervention requirements, as well as specific states’ needs nationwide. The system is comprised of three major components:
- A proven financial management solution (EIBilling)
- A configurable and modern case management and service logging solution, tailored specifically for IDEA Part C programs
- A system with the ability to coordinate provider enrollment and management at the state level, alleviating administrative burden on state staff
This commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based system is currently used in whole, or in part, by a number of states and can be configured to meet the needs of any Part C program in the country. Our offering brings with it a full suite of support services including: a fully staffed and highly knowledgeable helpdesk for providers, parents, and state staff; a devoted training team that can provide live, in-person trainings for staff, in addition to creating a catalogue of customized trainings in various media accessible through our Knowledge Base; and the option of maintaining family cost participation (FCP) services, if required by a given state.
