Creating MOMENTUM for Gender Equity and Diversity in Corporate Leadership
On January 29, 2025, Public Consulting Group (PCG) sponsored and attended the 2025 Corporate Salute: MOMENTUM for Gender Equity and Diversity in Corporate Leadership, which unveiled the results of the 2024 Census of Women Directors and Executive Officers of Massachusetts Public Companies.
This annual Census is conducted by The Boston Club, New England’s leading organization dedicated to advancing women in business, and researchers from Bentley University. Together, they analyze data from the 100 largest public companies in Massachusetts based on net revenue through company filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The final report provides insights into the progress that these companies are making toward reaching gender parity in their leadership ranks.
Nearly 20 PCG employees attended this impactful event in-person and virtually. Together, our team not only witnessed the unveiling of the 2024 Census results but also experienced impactful speeches and panel discussions involving leaders in the public sector, finance, and biotech industries.

“Being able to participate in this year's event was a rewarding experience as it brought together an impressive speaker line-up and reminded me how important it is, as women, to advocate for ourselves and champion one another. As this was my first Boston Club interaction, it was refreshing to learn how this organization monitors year-over-year progress for women in leadership and ensures all women continue to feel empowered and encouraged to take up as much space as possible in the workplace and their communities.”

“Attending this event was an empowering experience. Being surrounded by passionate leaders and change-makers committed to advancing women into positions of leadership and fostering inclusive environments highlighted both the progress made and the work that remains. I was proud to represent PCG as we continue striving for a more inclusive workplace.”
