    Helping Regis College students shine

    On Thursday, October 18th, Regis College held its annual Let It Shine Gala at the Boston Park Plaza, treating the more than 300 guests in attendance to an inspirational evening supporting higher education. PCG Principal Stephen Skinner co-chaired the Gala, which raised more than $900,000 dollars in scholarship funds for Regis students.

    U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear appeal of decision against HHS concerning past Medicare DSH reimbursement to certain hospitals

    On September 27, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to take up an appeal of a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) concerning certain past payments to a number of mostly non-profit hospitals under the Medicare Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) program.

    PCG celebrates NC STEM Schools of Distinction

    In September, three public schools in North Carolina were recognized for their exemplary leadership and instruction in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education. Greene County Middle School, Meadowview Magnet Middle School, and Yadkin Valley Regional Career Academy are the latest schools to be recognized under the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction’s (NC DPI) STEM Recognition Program.
