Important Notice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

PCG is working with the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) to continue to offer necessary services for CalWORKs Welfare to Work and Refugee Employment Services clients.

Following continued guidance from the CDC and County of San Diego, PCG’s offices are now closed to the public.  We have transitioned to remote services, with our employees working from home. They are available through their regular phone numbers and email addresses.

PCG understands that CalWORKs participants will have a lot of questions related to their case, their participation requirements, and their supportive services.  Please know that we are working with the County to ensure continuity of operations to the extent possible during this public health emergency.

PCG is preparing answers to Frequently Asked Questions. Check back regularly for more information.

If you need assistance, please try reaching out to your Employment Training Advisor (ETA) or another employee with whom you have worked directly via email or phone.

If you are not able to reach them directly, feel free to reach out to PCG through the email addresses and phone numbers below.  In your email, please include your CalWORKs Case Number and a good contact phone number at which you can be reached.
