EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
We are for employees.
Fostering a culture where employees feel valued and respected is a strategic priority for PCG in alignment with our core EPIC values and client relationships. Our voluntary, employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open to all employees, as they actively enhance employee engagement, cultural awareness, career development, and community involvement.
Our ERGs provide a supportive platform for employees to unite, learn and grow, address challenges, and promote belonging across the organization’s levels and functions.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Building an award-winning culture.
Fueled by our employees’ passion and commitment, these achievements are mile markers in PCG’s ongoing journey towards performance excellence and engagement—both within our organization and in the communities we serve.
PCG Cares
Empowered to make an impact.
We make space for every employee to volunteer their time and efforts to support communities: both in their own neighborhoods and in the communities, we serve more broadly. Integral to this commitment is the PCG Cares program, through which we support all the ways our employees make an impact by providing paid volunteer time each fiscal year.
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
We work in partnership with you.
Just as we support our clients, we provide the same level of assistance and respect to our employees, ensuring they have the resources, training, and opportunities they need to learn and grow. We have partnered with a wide range of organizations to provide employees with various benefits and engaging opportunities. A business is stronger with the partners they work with.
