PCG has partnered with the newly created California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to develop project approval and procurement documents (Feasibility Study Reports, Information Technology Procurement Plans, and Request for Proposals) for the Parole Law Enforcement Automated Data System (Parole LEADS) Modernization Project and project approval documents (FSR and ITPP) for the Strategic Offender Management System (SOMS) Project.
We have also provided Project Management, Application Development, and Quality Assurance services to support the Department’s Geographical Information System software and databases. Additional services include upgrading of Oracle Database Management Systems, as well as programming and implementing Parole LEADS system changes.
We have also assisted CDCR in establishing an IT Governance structure and corresponding processes, as well as a centralized intake process that will enable CDCR to evaluate IT workload in the pipeline for this newly created organization.
PCG has performed a variety of supplementary roles in support of these projects, including requirements definition, procurement and acquisition, technical architecture design, quality assurance, and test support. We are committed to and proud of our customer service record, and our ability to bring the right staff to fit each engagement. Our experience and the methodologies used to support CDCR projects can be applied to a wide variety of critical correction system projects.
PCG has partnered with California's Department of Child Support Services and County Consortia in support of the KIDZ Child Support Consortia Operations, Federal Case Registry, Consortia Project Leadership, and PRISM Project Office.
